A bakery can label trays MUFFIN-01 and MUFFIN-02 as separate Code 128 entries, without copying a single barcode image twice.

To add human-readable captions, import a CSV with the code in column one and the caption in column two. No data is uploaded.

Barcode artwork is not proof of an assigned GS1 number. A free barcode image and a GS1-issued GTIN are different things.
